Boca Family Florist Delivery Information
We can deliver flowers, plants, flower arrangements, and specialty gifts to all of Boca Raton and Delray Beach Florida.
Also We Do shiva Baskets.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
We will and do go out of our way to get there as early as possible.
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested.
Below are some delivery guidelines, but please feel free to call us if your order has less lead-time.
We can often facilitate deliveries outside of this schedule.
In most areas of the areas we deliver to, orders placed as late as 3 p.m. (some times even later) in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 P. M. in the recipient's time zone. Feel free to call us if your order requires special attention or custom work.
Funeral arrangements sometimes require additional Lead-time For designing.
If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day we ask that you place the order as soon as possible since physically sometimes it is impossible to get there in that time.
We reccomend then that you send something to the familys house.
If any customer claims an order was not delivered we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate what occurred. In many cases delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home or no neighbors were available to accept the order or a gated community that refuses our drivers access. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurred. If a we created an arrangement and attempted a delivery then we should be given the opportunity to complete the delivery.
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement then the recipient should contact our shop
immediately. To request a possible replacement we must be contacted within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable.
We will then determine if we need a physical check of the arrangement to determine that it does warrant a replacement or that the recipient or purchasing customer bring the flowers to us for examination.
Proper care is required by the recipient. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by the us. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify the us in a reasonable time period. A review all of the information provided to a possible replacements deemed by us to be of the flowers blooming out too early. A lack of care by the recipient is not a reasonable Reason. Please bear in mind some high end flowers do only last a day or two.
We do our absolute best to provide Quality and the freshest flowers on the market daily and as far as going directly from our cooler to the design table.
Should any customer place an order and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the designing of the arrangement and or delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is designed and or delivered then no refund can be issued.
Cancellations cannot be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of a bad work or home address or the recipient has moved.
The customer can obtain new information so the order can then be properly delivered using correct information. If flowers are refused by the recipient for any reason what so ever we will not provide a refund.
